Refund Policy

1. Overview
We stand behind the FertilityScience program with a money-back guarantee. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how refunds are processed. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Money-back guarantee
The guarantee applies if, after completing the full 3-month program with sincere participation, there is no measurable improvement in your fertility health parameters. If such improvements are not observed despite your full participation, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the program fee.
3. Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a 100% refund, you must actively participate in the program by:
- Attending all scheduled consultations and coaching sessions;
- Following your personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness guidelines with at least 80% consistency;
- Sharing your medical reports and progress updates as requested by our team.
4. What counts as measurable improvement
Examples of measurable improvements include better hormone balance, improved cycle regularity, enhanced sperm/egg quality indicators, improved digestion, sleep and stress markers, or positive changes in scans and reports. Eligibility for the guarantee is assessed against your baseline and end-of-program parameters.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] from your registered email within 7 days of completing the program, with your name, registered contact, and order reference. Our team may review your participation records and baseline/end-of-program parameters to confirm eligibility.
6. Processing time & method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 days of approval. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account. We do not charge a processing fee for eligible refunds.
7. App-store purchases
If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds for those transactions are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies, and may need to be requested directly through them (for example, via reportaproblem.apple.com or the Google Play refund process). Our money-back guarantee still applies to the program; where a store cannot process a refund we will work with you to make you whole through our direct payment provider. For purchases made directly on our website or app via our payment provider, this policy applies in full.
8. Exceptions
The money-back guarantee does not apply where eligibility conditions in Section 3 are not met, where measurable improvement is observed, or in cases of misuse or fraud. The following are non-refundable: (a) third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, such as external laboratory tests, diagnostic scans, or prescribed medicines; (b) consultations and coaching sessions already delivered; and (c) any optional add-ons or one-off services purchased separately and already used.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your participation at any time by contacting us at [email protected]:
- Cooling-off: if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and before attending your first consultation, you are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
- After the program has started: because the program is a one-time package and the money-back guarantee requires full, sincere participation, cancelling early means the guarantee no longer applies. We may, at our discretion, issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the package — calculated from the remaining unused consultations and coaching sessions — less services already delivered and any non-refundable costs.
- Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 30 days to your original payment method.
